Pozole

Menudo (also known as pancita) is a traditional dish in the Mexican cuisine. The word menudo in Mexico refers to raw stomach meat, and the soup is also called as the tripe soup. The Menudo is usually served with lime, chopped onions, chopped cilantro and corn tortillas.

Birria de Chivo

Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat. The Birria is an icon of the cultural identity of jalisciences (people of goat) and especially the tapatíos (people of Guadalajara). The Birria is often served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime.
